They never pick up the phone. They never reply you or answer you. What kind of the bank? When we put our money we was welcome. When our money stay with them 😡 It’s not fair they’re supposed to reply to our phone or email
The staff very rude .. too long waiting time
Although they are one of the reasons of the Lebanese Economical crisis, yet they have the decency to be rude on the phone. They are not helpful and they act as if they did nothing.
