I used one of their ATM's to withdraw money when visiting Beirut. They ATM did not give me any cash and took the money from my account. I cannot seem to get ahold of anyone from the bank to get my money back. Faulty machines or shady business - one or the other.

Was always my go to bank and go to branch. They are welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, we got to the financial crisis. And all banks are equal at this stage and unfortunately all bank owners didn't do what they were supposed to do. We can't blame the employees each one was doing his/her job.
