Great service in surgery department but the amazing performance is at the external clinics department especially mrs Hiba Shoaib who was very welcoming with a great smile that you wait your turn without being annoyed. Thank you for your service
It’s unacceptable to keep a patient waiting for over an hour for a MRI, only to later realize they forgot to perform it. The X-ray department is highly incompetent.
